About La Bella Proctor

Tuan and Cici Ngo opened La Bella Proctor in June 2019.  After 11 successful and busy years with their Stadium District location, they finally found the perfect location for a second La Bella Nail Spa.  La Bella in Stadium has consistently been busy with patrons who love getting the Best Mani/Pedi in the South Sound.  This new and much larger location will help to meet the demand.

La Bella Proctor is 3000 square feet with 19 indoor pedicure chairs, and 10 nail stations.  The special bonus at Proctor is a 480 square foot outside patio where you can receive their signature Patio Pedi and/or an outdoor manicure.  Both locations boast an environmentally healthy atmosphere utilizing the latest technology and trends.

Tuan and Cici and the entire La Bella team care about the community that they work and live in and they consistently give back.  They are active in supporting their local business districts and yearly give to causes that they believe in such as the Mary Bridge Festival of Trees, Hilltop Artists, and local schools.  They love America and the American dream that has become a reality for their family but they never forget about their hometown of Vung Tau, Vietnam.  They regularly send assistance to Vung Tau and their love has moved many of their customers to do the same.
